69 & 115kV Power Circuit Switcher

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking bids for a 69 & 115kV Power Circuit Switcher, associated accessories, and delivery. The bid includes a bid alternative for the 69kV unit as a 115kV, and the District will only select either item 1 or 2. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall be from the contract execution date through product delivery and any subsequent warranty period. The desired delivery date for the equipment is on or before July 1, 2027. • The bid must include a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total awarded contract price. • The bidder must provide a performance bond in the amount of the contract award. • The bidder must provide a warranty for a period of at least five years from the date of shipment. • The bidder must provide service bulletins and notifications for any mechanical and/or electrical problems with the equipment. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. • The bidder must provide all necessary documentation, including material safety data sheets and waste reduction notifications.
