Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide roofing repair services for the American Lake VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes removing existing roofing material and insulation, installing new insulation and roofing, and performing leak testing. The contractor will be required to provide equipment and materials, and ensure proper safety protocols are in place. The period of performance is 90 days.
• The contractor must provide firm-fixed-pricing for the scope of services and supplies.
• The contractor must have staff with industry-relevant certificates and Washington State credentials and/or licenses.
• The contractor must have a supplier or distribution network for roofing manufacturers and materials.
• The contractor must provide warranty coverage for the services and materials.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide a capability statement.
