On Call Roofing Repairs

The School District of Philadelphia’s Office of Facilities & Management Services is seeking vendors to provide on‑call roofing repair services for its facilities. This non‑emergency, indefinite‑duration contract will allow the district to call on qualified contractors as roof issues arise throughout the contract period. The work includes routine inspections, emergency repairs, material procurement, and labor for a variety of building types within the district. • Scope covers all roof types (asphalt, metal, flat, etc.) across district schools and administrative buildings. • Vendors must be able to respond quickly to service calls, provide 24/7 emergency support, and have appropriate licensing and insurance. • The award will be based on price, experience, and ability to meet the district’s response time requirements.
