Description
The Troy School District (TSD) is seeking sealed, firm bids for complete roofing work—including labor, materials, equipment, and related services—at Morse Elementary School and Hamilton Elementary School. Bids must be submitted electronically via BuildingConnected by 1:00 pm on November 10, 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting and optional roof walk‑through will be held on October 30, 2026 at Hamilton Elementary. All bidders must provide familial relationship disclosures and an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, as well as a performance and payment bond equal to 100 % of the bid amount for contracts $50,000 or greater. The district reserves the right to award to any bidder, not necessarily the lowest.
