Description
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is seeking a team of technical assistance (TA) providers to assist eligible applicants for HCD's funding programs and provide capacity building to internal HCD staff. The TA providers will work with eligible applicants, referred to as TA Recipients, to provide technical assistance and support. The scope of work includes community engagement, language access plans, and tribal support and engagement. The contract is expected to support HCD's needs at large on tribal technical assistance.
