A sealed bid will be held. Russelectric is invited to contact Patricia Firman at Stony Brook University Hospital’s Purchasing Department at the email address listed below for a copy of the bid specifications/solicitation or to discuss this opportunity before the due date stated in the advertisement. Interested bidders must provide all documents that clearly describe the item(s) proposed so that they can be evaluated by the end user. Failure to submit the requested item(s) information before the closing date listed below will eliminate the vendor from all further consideration. Items otherwise equal may not satisfy the requirement due to differences in material composition, size, environmental application, etc. Questions: All Bidders’ questions must be submitted in writing, citing the IFB page, section and paragraph number where applicable.
