Fabrication of edge-welded bellows

The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) is seeking a subcontractor to fabricate, assemble, test, and deliver PIP-II SSR2 edge-welded bellows. The subcontractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to complete the fabrication and assembly of the bellows. The selected subcontractor will deliver the specified quantities of the fabricated assemblies in full compliance with the fabrication requirements outlined in the referenced specifications and drawings. • The subcontractor must provide a detailed technical proposal, including a quality assurance plan, material documentation, and a project timeline. • The subcontractor must also provide a business management and price proposal, including pricing for the assemblies, a subcontractor annual representations and certifications form, and a proposal certifications form. • The subcontractor must meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and the drawings package. • The subcontractor must also comply with the FFDG's general terms and conditions for supplies.
