Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking a vendor to provide a stump cutter with a 70-75HP diesel engine. The vendor should provide product literature with the quote, and the product must be new, unused, and free from defects. The pricing shall include freight FOB destination to Wolf Creek State Park.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, orders, and license and permit requirements.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the State as additionally insured for all required bonds and insurance.
• The vendor must maintain books and records relating to the performance of the contract for a period of three years from the later of the date of final payment or completion of the contract.
• The vendor must cooperate fully with any audit or investigation conducted by the State or other governmental entities.
