Description
The US Air Force is soliciting a contractor to perform comprehensive repair services on three sections of Interkal Model G3 power-operated bleachers. The work includes replacing specified damaged components and a full inspection to ensure operational integrity. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of documented experience in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of commercial telescopic/gymnasium bleacher systems.
Key tasks include:
* Furnish and install four new deck boards and associated H-channel
* Furnish and install twenty-four new reinforcement angles to enhance structural integrity
* Replace one damaged system gearmotor and its associated mounting brackets
* Furnish and install forty-four new aluminum end caps on the seat planks
* Replace all associated hardware for the installed components using new 5/16" galvanized carriage bolts, nuts, and appropriate washers.
