Sole source Rose Electronics TFLEX battery packs

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Rose Electronics Distributing Company LLC for the procurement of custom fabricated battery packs. The battery packs are required to be compatible with the existing TFLEX moored data buoy systems and must meet specific design specifications. The purchase is necessary to provide an essential single source power for the TFLEX systems. * The required products are 25 alkaline battery packs of type FLEX 04-10 large pack and 25 alkaline battery packs of type FLEX 04-10 small pack. * The delivery location is Seattle, WA. * The delivery date is by July 31, 2026 or sooner. * Firms that believe they can fully meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact within 15 days after publication of the pre-solicitation notice.
