Construction for Northview High School

The Northview Public Schools is seeking bids for the construction of Northview High School. The project includes various bid categories such as selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, and more. Bidders must submit their proposals using the Bid Proposal Form provided in BuildingConnected. The contract sum must remain firm for 90 days from the date of bid opening. • The project requires bidders to provide a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District or the Superintendent of the School District. • Bidders must also provide an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification and a Criminal Background Affidavit. • The project has a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on February 25, 2026, and bidders must submit their questions in writing by March 10, 2026. • The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder through the execution of a Trade Contract Agreement between Rockford Construction and the bidder.
