Description
The Northview Public Schools district is seeking qualified trade contractors to execute a comprehensive addition and renovation of the Northview High School athletic stadium. The scope includes selective demolition, masonry, structural steel, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, synthetic track and turf installation, landscaping, and all associated finish work. Bidders must submit detailed proposals via Procore by November 3 2026, attend a pre‑bid walk‑through on October 6 2026, and respond to any RFI by September 10 2026. Mandatory and voluntary alternates are included, and a 5 % bid security is required. The project does not require prevailing‑wage compliance and will be awarded after a public bid opening and post‑bid interviews.
