DANTES CENTCOM-AFRICOM Degree Program

The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) on behalf of the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) is seeking a contractor to provide overseas degree programs for US Armed Forces serving in the CENTCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility. The contractor will provide accredited college instruction, undergraduate and graduate degree programs, and academic support services. The contract will include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor must demonstrate technical capability, past performance, and provide a pricing quotation. • The contractor must provide personnel, management, and materials necessary to deliver education programs and services. • The contractor must provide academic program counseling and advisement. • The contractor must provide high-quality student services at various on-base sites. • The contractor must provide academic courses and staff to large, active-duty US military populations. • The contractor must provide National Test Center services, including downrange locations.
