Kessel Run DevSecOps Commercial Solutions Opening

The Kessel Run DevSecOps Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is a solicitation issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to pursue innovative approaches to product and service offerings in the Software and DevSecOps realm. The CSO will establish an umbrella for the program, with focused Areas of Interest and Submission Instructions to come later as specific requirements arise. The objective of the DSO CSO is to provide a mechanism by which the government can partner with industry to deliver innovative commercial technology directly to the warfighter. • The CSO is open for the issuance of Calls until 30 Sep 2027. • Individual Calls will specify the submission deadlines, Projected Period of Performance (PoP), selection criteria, and evaluation methods. • The government intends to award FAR Part 12, fixed price type contracts and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a result of this solicitation. • The government reserves the right to award an Other Transaction (OTs) for Prototype project pursuant to 10 USC 4022 and contracts and agreements under Procurement for Experimental Purposes 10 USC 4023.
