Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for the 2026‑2031 period. This rolling‑submission solicitation invites vendors to submit unclassified Solution Briefs in response to published Areas of Interest (AOIs). Submissions are evaluated on three technical factors – feasibility, importance to DLA programs, and viability – and may lead to fixed‑price contracts, Other Transaction (OT) agreements for prototype work, or FAR‑based commercial contracts. The CSO remains open until October 1 2031, with DLA retaining the right to close any AOI early. No funding is provided for proposal preparation; award decisions will be based on technical merit, funding availability, and price.
