Description
The United States Air Force, 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, is seeking innovative concepts for airlift efficiencies through a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) solicitation. The CSO is a competitive solicitation that is closed-open until 26 February 2026, and submissions will only be accepted following specific Area of Interest (AOI) submission due dates and times. The Government reserves the right to extend this CSO beyond the closed date by amendment if the authority is extended. The Air Force Operational Energy Office (SAF/IE) is looking for innovative solutions or potential new capabilities to fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide potential technological advancements in the capability areas listed in the AOIs.
• The CSO is a two-step solicitation, with the first step involving the submission of a solution brief and the second step involving the submission of a detailed approach.
• The solution brief should not exceed five written pages and should include company information, technical solution, and any other relevant information.
• The detailed approach should include a technical approach, price schedule, and any other relevant information.
• The Government will evaluate the solution briefs and detailed approaches based on technical merit, importance to the agency, and price.
• The Air Force anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• The CSO is open to all eligible offerors, including small businesses, and foreign participation is prohibited at the prime level.
