The Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) SPEED Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) provides a flexible, open‑ended solicitation for innovative commercial items, technologies, and services that address identified Areas of Interest (AoIs). It leverages a multi‑spiral acquisition process (Spiral 1 video/brief, Spiral 2 pitch/demo, Spiral 3 commercial proposal) and allows award under FAR Part 12 (commercial items) or OTA authority. Companies can propose solutions ranging from construction cost‑management tools to advanced facility design kits, with no guaranteed award and funding subject to availability.
