Home Accessibility Modification, CS #25-22

The Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Rehabilitation Services (MSDE, DORS) is seeking a general contractor to perform home accessibility modifications and residential construction for a DORS consumer. The project involves removing existing plantings and topsoil, demolishing and removing existing non-ADA compliant wood steps, excavating designated areas, constructing new concrete pad sections, and installing a Vertical Platform Lift. The contractor must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and local codes.
