Peachtree Corners Circle Roundabout

The City of Peachtree Corners is seeking bids for the construction of the Peachtree Corners Circle Roundabout. The project consists of pedestrian, roadway, and intersection improvements along Peachtree Corners Circle in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Improvements include full depth asphalt pavement, milling and inlay, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, concrete sidewalk, signing, pavement marking, storm drainage improvements, traffic signal modification, and grading. • The project requires a Georgia State Contractor's License, Georgia State Utility Contractor's License, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work. • The contract will be awarded based on the base bid alone. • The successful bidder will begin work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the work within 360 calendar days. • The City of Peachtree Corners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
