Professional Construction Management at Risk Services for Town of Kiawah Island Civic & Cultural Center

The Town of Kiawah Island is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) to provide professional construction management services at risk for the Town's Civic and Cultural Center Addition. The CMaR must be led by a general contractor licensed in the State of South Carolina with an active BD-5 General Contractor’s License.
