Description
The Department of Energy Resources is seeking expert analysis and support pertaining to competitive solicitations. The selected contractor will provide services including review of complex proposals, quantitative evaluation of electric market simulation modeling, and consideration of changes in locational marginal prices. The contractor will also provide knowledge of the ISO New England transmission system, renewable and clean energy technology, and experience in the review of proposals to provide clean energy via new power purchase agreements and transmission service agreements.
• The contractor will provide services for a period of 48 months, starting from December 1, 2025, and ending on November 30, 2029.
• The contractor will provide a cost proposal that includes the costs necessary for the Bidder to fully comply with the contract terms, conditions, and RFP requirements.
• The contractor will provide a budget breakdown for the project, including estimated hours, cost per hour, and total cost for each task.
• The contractor will provide a description of the methods and resources the Bidder will use to complete each task and how each task involved will be accomplished.
