Asphalt & Concrete Repairs

Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive concrete and asphalt repair, replacement, and related site‑work services across multiple MCC campuses in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The contract covers demolition, removal, base preparation, installation, patching, resurfacing, curb and gutter work, sidewalk repairs, ADA‑compliant ramps, striping, and associated cleanup and reporting. Bidders must supply all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals, comply with Missouri prevailing‑wage requirements, and maintain required insurance and licensing. The initial award term is three years with two optional one‑year renewals. Submissions are due online by September 16, 2026; questions were due by September 9, 2026; bid opening is scheduled for September 21, 2026 via Zoom. • Scope includes asphalt removal, base aggregate, asphalt installation, concrete sidewalk, pavement, curb & gutter, and labor rates. • Work locations: Six MCC campuses (Penn Valley, Longview, Maple Woods, Blue River, Health Sciences Institute, Administrative Center). • Minimum 5 years experience, Missouri business license, and compliance with OSHA and local tobacco‑free policies required. • Award recommended by October 22, 2026; contract value expected to run for three years with optional extensions.
