The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking information on the planning, procurement, delivery, installation, integration, testing, and fielding of a complete Over-the-Horizon Radar (OTHR) Receive sub-system. The proposed OTHR system will be based on a Government-Defined Architecture and consist of Government-selected industry partners for various components and/or Receive and Transmit sub-systems. The RFI aims to determine market research for a Receive Sub-system only. Key aspects of the project include:
• The OTHR system will be based on a Government-Defined Architecture
• The system will consist of Government-selected industry partners for various components and/or Receive and Transmit sub-systems
• The RFI focuses on the Receive sub-system design, including the antenna design specification, ground screen parameters, site description, and weather information
• The government would like to understand if industry is willing to incorporate a Government-Defined Architecture and how they would design and implement a receive sub-system design based on the requirement of a 2D configuration
