F-15EX Missile Warning System

The Air Force is issuing a Sources Sought notice to identify potential vendors capable of providing an operationally qualified Missile Warning System (MWS) for integration onto the F‑15EX Eagle II fighter. The system must utilize the aircraft’s six pre‑existing sensor locations, data and power cabling, and cooling infrastructure, and be installable/ removable in the field by USAF maintenance personnel without modifying the aircraft beyond swapping line‑replaceable units. Responses are required to be unclassified and submitted via DoD SAFE by 12 Nov 2026. • Must detect missile launch/approach threats while minimizing false alarms. • Must fit within existing six sensor bays, using existing power, data, and cooling interfaces. • Must be field‑installable by USAF maintenance without special tools or additional aircraft modifications.
