Description
The Air Force is conducting market research to locate vendors capable of delivering a compact, body‑worn, low‑size‑weight‑power (SWaP) modular tactical SIGINT/EW system that can operate in harsh environments and provide full‑spectrum signal prosecution and electronic‑warfare attack capabilities. The system must be man‑packable (≤ 25 lb, dimensions ≤ 5″ W × 10″ H × 5″ D), operate from –30 °C to +55 °C, receive 500 kHz‑6 GHz signals, integrate with existing CACI Mastodon Beast+ equipment, and support autonomous AI‑driven target recognition. Respondents must provide capability descriptions, rough cost estimates, and demonstrate ability to deliver two units within six months of order receipt.
• Body‑worn, rugged SIGINT/EW system meeting detailed KPPs (size, weight, temperature, frequency range, power).
• Required interoperability with Android S20TE/S23TE devices and existing Mastodon Beast+ system.
• Submission of proprietary information, cost ROM, past performance, and compliance with Buy‑American/Berry Amendment regulations.
