Medical District Sewer Interceptor PhII/PhIII

The City of College Station is seeking a construction company to work on the Medical District Sewer Interceptor PhII/PhIII project. The project involves the construction of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 21-inch, 1,400 linear feet of 18-inch, and 3,000 linear feet of 12-inch sewer trunkline. The project will also decommission 4 lift stations, including two bores underneath State Highway 6 (SH6). The City is looking for a company with quality experience in utility construction, lift station decommissioning, and bores under pavement. • The project requires construction of sewer trunklines and decommissioning of lift stations. • The project involves working within the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) ROW and may require coordination with TxDOT contractors. • A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on November 14, 2025, which is highly recommended but not mandatory. • The City is seeking a company with quality experience in utility construction, lift station decommissioning, and bores under pavement.
