LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE & SDVOB subcontractors/vendors for the single prime project: SUCF – SUNY Albany – Rehabilitate PE Building This project has a Project Labor Agreement associated with it – please review the Project Labor Agreement requirements in the Project Manual. The overall project budget indicated in the project manual is $70-75,000,000. The project is new construction and the scope of work includes but is not limited to: cast in place concrete, structural & misc. steel, masonry, roofing, storefronts/curtainwalls & glass/glazing, doors & hardware, coatings & painting, signage, specialties, gymnasium equipment, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical (audio video, data/communications, fire alarm etc.), sitework, asphalt paving, curbing & sidewalks, landscaping etc. as indicated on the documents. Overall MWBE Goal of 20% - MBE Goal: 10%, WBE: 10%, SDVOB – 6% Bids are due on August 24th, 2026 by 2:00 p.m to LeChase Construction.
