Description
The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Air National Guard is soliciting for quotes from qualified vendors to replace ceiling tiles as specified in the attached Invitation for Quotes (IFQ). The project involves replacing all ceiling tiles with new ones within the CTK tool crib and south hallway, approximately 5295 SF, and reconfiguring the metal ceiling grid that holds the ceiling tiles in specific locations, approximately 240 SF. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, maintenance, transportation, lodging, and per-diem to complete the scope of work. The project must be completed no later than 30 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
• The project location is BLDG 17508 Hangar 21, Rm FLM-101, 17508 Airlifter Dr., JBER, AK 99506.
• The site visit will be held at 10:30 A.M., Alaska Time on March 26, 2026.
• The deadline for submission of quotes is April 14, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Alaska Time.
• The contract cost shall not exceed $55,000.00 unless approved in writing by the DMVA Project Manager or Designee and a written change order to the contract issued by the Procurement Specialist.
• The award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
