Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace roofs on buildings identified as mission critical at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Montrose Campus in Montrose, NY. The project includes replacement of gabled, dormer, and flat roofs on buildings 12 and 27, and must be completed within 365 calendar days. The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and must be registered in SAM with a UEI.
• The work includes hazardous materials demolition, asbestos abatement, and fall protection installation
• The contractor must maintain egress throughout construction activity
• The contract completion time is 365 calendar days, but no later than June 26, 2027
• The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
