The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price contractor to replace the roof on Building 347 located at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center‑Menlo Park campus. The work includes demolition of existing roof sections, removal and disposal of debris, and installation of a new roofing system (options include built‑up bitumen, TPO, SBS‑modified membrane, or fluid‑applied roofing) along with related site‑preparation, utility coordination, and final testing. The contract is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be awarded based on a best‑value comparative analysis.
