The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is seeking competitive bids to replace the roof on the Hillcrest Wildlife Management Area (WMA) field‑office garage. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who can meet the attached specifications for a new roof system, including removal of the existing roof, disposal of debris, installation of roofing materials, flashing, insulation, and all related labor and materials. The work is a one‑time construction project, performed at the Hillcrest WMA site in New Cumberland, WV.
