Description
The Mitchell County Board of Commissioners is soliciting qualified contractors to remove existing multi‑layer roofing on the county jail’s flat roof (≈12,000 sq ft) and install a new 1/8” tapered ISO system with a 50 mil PVC single‑ply membrane, curbs, boots, and a 20‑year warranty. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, insurance, bonding, and hold a Georgia contractor’s license. Proposals are due November 12, 2026; questions must be submitted by November 3, 2026; award expected December 8, 2026.
