Camden County Schools is seeking qualified contractors to replace the low‑slope PVC roofing on three K‑12 facilities (Central Office, Professional Building, and IT Building) located on a single campus. The scope includes complete removal of existing membrane, disposal of debris, installation of new PVC single‑ply membrane, flashings, edge metal, gutters, and downspouts, as well as all necessary set‑up, hoisting, and clean‑up. A mandatory pre‑bid conference will be held on October 15, 2026; bids must be submitted in sealed form by November 6, 2026. No electronic bids are accepted.
