The contractor must meet a delivery date of 11/01/2026, ship FOB destination to the Baltimore, MD receiving facility, and comply with specific packaging, preservation, and marking requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Quotations will be evaluated on technical acceptability, compliance with packaging and delivery schedules, price fairness, and past performance.
