Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a mobile generator equipment for the County of Los Angeles Fire Department. The equipment should meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation document. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by the deadline. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate price, terms, and conditions with the selected bidder.
• The equipment should be new, unused, and a current model.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for the products and services offered.
• The bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer with their bid response.
• The County will evaluate bids based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
