Rx7i PACsystem Components

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotations for Rx7i PACsystem components, including power supplies and a controller modem. The components must be new, unused, and of current manufacture. The USDA requires delivery of all items within 30 days after receipt of order. The quotation will be evaluated based on price and technical acceptability. The contractor must provide sufficient descriptive literature to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics. • The Rx7i PACsystem components must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer. • The contractor must clearly describe any modifications planned to make the product conform to the solicitation requirements. • The contractor must provide the brand name product referenced in the solicitation, unless an "equal" product is offered that meets the required salient characteristics.
