Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the construction of a 4,140 sq. ft. pre-manufactured metal building near the Mill Creek Barrier Dam. The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of the building. The bid price shall cover all costs associated with this work, including demolition, installation, disposal, removal, inspection, site restoration, safety requirements, bid and performance surety, insurance, warranty of materials and workmanship, training, engineering, and documentation.
• The building will be located at 798 Evans St., Cincinnati, OH 45204.
• The bidder must complete the bid forms in Volume 2 and upload them.
• The bidder must complete the Excel Pricing Sheet (Vol.3) and upload it.
• The bidder must upload a completed copy of the Bid Bond found in Vol. 2.
• The bidder must provide references for similar work performed after January 1, 2013.
