Description
The Livonia Public Schools Board of Education is seeking bids for pavement improvements at the Central Office, Phase 3. The project involves the purchase of pavement improvement services, and bidders must meet or exceed all specifications. A walk-through will be held on February 3rd, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted on the attached bid form and signed by an authorized company agent. The bid must include a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement, Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and Equal Opportunity Statement.
• The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company or a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the sum of the proposal.
• The bidder must be a firm established for at least three years in the field for which this bid is solicited.
• Additional references may be requested after the bids are submitted.
• The bid prices must remain firm for 90 days after the date of bid opening.
• The bidder must provide a list of references of school districts and/or companies using the products or services recommended in this bid proposal.
