Description
The Navy Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG) and the Navy Legal Service Command (NLSC) require SKOPENOW software licenses for collecting open-source social media and website information in a legally defensible manner. The contractor must provide three annual user licenses for the SKOPENOW tool, compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit) and meeting specific system requirements.
