Parkland Health is seeking a qualified design‑team to develop complete bid‑ready documents for converting an existing 1,300 sq ft shell space into a Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) laboratory. The work is qualification‑based and will require full architectural, structural (if needed), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, permitting coordination, integration of Siemens ARTIS Icono ceiling system, radiation‑shielding partitions, HVAC and medical‑gas upgrades, and delivery of construction‑ready drawings and specifications. The solicitation also mandates compliance with Texas health‑agency codes, a 25 % MWBE participation goal, extensive insurance coverage, and a boycott‑Israel certification for contracts ≥ $100 k.
