Roof Replacement - 1380 Diamond Hill Road (Old Police Station)

The Town of Cumberland is seeking bids for the roof replacement of the Old Police Station located at 1380 Diamond Hill Road. The scope of work includes removing the existing asphalt shingles, inspecting and refastening the roof deck, removing and replacing damaged sheathing, and installing a new CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingle. The contractor will also be responsible for removing and replacing gutters and downspouts, as well as installing a ridge vent to ensure proper ventilation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, qualified, responsible bidder. • The contractor must provide a 10-year warranty on workmanship. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage and sales tax. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must submit a completed bid proposal sheet, relevant experience, and signed copies of Appendix A and B. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on December 15th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. • The contractor must submit all questions and requests for clarification by December 15th, 2025.
