Erics Restaurant and Patio Renovation FY26

The University of Houston is seeking a firm to renovate Eric's Restaurant to Eric's Restaurant & Bar and Outdoor Patio. The renovation will be done according to the drawings and specifications prepared by Kirksey Architects.
