Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified vendors to provide abatement and demolition services for residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, demolition and debris removal, backfill, grading, and site finishing. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, and the evaluation criteria include the lowest responsive and responsible bid price with consideration to local preferences.
• The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually and reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor.
• Vendors must be prequalified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement.
• The city has prepared a publicly available resource folder for review and download, which includes policies and protocols for the Demolition Program.
• Vendors must review all pertinent documents prior to submitting a response to this RFQ.
• The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract.
