Description
The project involves repairing spalling concrete, rock wall, and ground stabilization at the Makapuu Lookout and the Kaiwi Lighthouse trail. The scope of work includes demolishing and replacing cracks and spalling concrete, cleaning and recoating existing handrail and guard rails, replacing and repairing broken grout on trail barriers, and other incidental work. The project is expected to be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of written notice to proceed.

• The estimated cost of construction is $245,000.00.
• The project is subject to the availability of funds.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, wages, and worker safety.
• The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to the total contract price.
