Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting quotes for the manufacture of a Microwave Unit. The unit must meet specific technical requirements and be delivered to the designated location. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, considering factors such as past performance and price.
• The Microwave Unit must meet the requirements specified in the solicitation, including the technical requirements and packaging and marking instructions.
• The offeror must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items, as specified in the solicitation.
• The offeror must comply with the requirements for hazardous material identification and material safety data.
• The offeror must provide a proposal that includes a response to each of the areas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled "Submission of Quotations" or "Submission of Proposals".
• The government reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced offer.
