Description
The DLA Weapons Support (Warren) is seeking a contractor to provide AXLE ASSEMBLY, AUTOM, with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 2520-01-476-4919 and a manufacturer's part number of 315-1260 or 136-8872. The required quantity is 3 units, with an option for 100% more. The contractor must provide the total quantity of the items in this solicitation, and only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation.
• The acquisition is restricted to the item description set forth in the Schedule, which specifies a manufacturer's part number.
• The contractor must provide supplies that are new, as defined in the contract.
• The contractor must meet all the material requirements of this solicitation and meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
• The Government reserves the right to require testing to validate alternate industrial preservation methods, materials, blocking, bracing, cushioning, and packing.
• The contractor must retain supply chain traceability documentation for ten years after final payment under this contract.
