Rigdon Center - Epoxy Floors

The County is seeking a vendor to Epoxy coat approximately 48,600 sq feet of space at the Rigdon Center. The scope of work includes mechanically preparing the floor, applying a primer coat, broadcast coat, and finish coat, and installing a topcoat of urethane with non-slip additive. The contract shall begin once all parties have signed and shall remain in effect until completion and acceptance of all work. • The contractor shall cover all non-work areas with masking solutions to avoid the spread of dust and debris. • The contractor shall mechanically prepare the floor with a commercial shot blaster or grinders with vacuum attachment. • The contractor shall apply a primer coat, broadcast coat, and finish coat. • The contractor shall install a topcoat of urethane with non-slip additive. • The contractor shall apply touch-ups and remove all waste from premises.
