Description
The VA is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to replace flooring, stair treads, and wall bases at three VA facilities in McClellan Park, CA, including demolition, asbestos abatement, and installation of new resilient flooring systems. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, award will be on a price‑only basis, and the work must be completed within 160 calendar days after notice to proceed. The project includes compliance with Davis‑Bacon wage determinations, strict safety and environmental requirements, and mandatory insurance and bonding.
• Replace approximately 43,000 sf of flooring, 750 sf of stair treads, and 9,610 lf of wall base across Buildings 98, 209, 949.
• Perform full demolition, asbestos survey, testing, abatement, and disposal before installing new carpet, luxury vinyl tile, rubber base, and resilient stair treads.
• Must be an SDVOSB, provide 20 % bid bond, 100 % performance/pay bonds, and adhere to VA‑approved electronic submittal platforms.
