The VA Central Iowa Health Care System is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing flooring in Operating Room 5 and install new sheet‑vinyl flooring with integral cove base. The work must be performed under strict VA infection‑control, safety, and security requirements, including asbestos survey, HEPA containment, negative‑pressure monitoring, and VA PIV badge clearance for all personnel. The contract is a 120‑day fixed‑price award, set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
