The Town of Ayer is soliciting bids for the design‑build construction of a new two‑story, approximately 13,000 sf senior‑center facility on Bishop Road. The project includes site work, utilities, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire‑protection, elevator, and interior‑finish trades.
